Move Smarter, Not Harder

Movement is the brain's natural language. Trusting our brain's natural function and tapping into its capacity for learning activates its ability to communicate more effectively. This allows for our physical functions to perform with the fluidity and ease they were designed for.

Why this method unlocks the results you actually want.

Conscious movement works by focusing on curiosity and awareness, rather than simply isolating muscles or repeating exercises. Unlike traditional methods, which may lead to muscle tightness and pain by neglecting the body’s overall organization, conscious movement promotes slow, gentle exploration of each movement, allowing us to learn how we move and how to move more efficiently. By incorporating varied movements, we unlock our body’s full potential, improving its ability to perform day-to-day tasks without unnecessary strain. This holistic approach not only enhances physical function but also supports better sleep, digestion, and cognitive clarity.

  • Absolutely! Conscious movement is about connecting all parts of our skeletal system to the brain and fostering fluid mobility. Often, we’re unaware of how our body moves until restrictions or discomfort arise. By becoming more attuned to how our brain communicates with our body and stores muscle memory, we set ourselves up for better overall health, improved body function, and long-term well-being.

About Me

Hi! I’m Chaya Mushka Silberberg, an Anat Baniel NeuroMovement® Practitioner.

My journey began when I witnessed how the Anat Baniel Method helped my newborn niece with shoulder dystocia brachial plexus defying doctors' predictions of limited arm use, and the need for extensive physical therapy. Born with a brachial plexus injury, my little niece began her life without the use of her left arm. This left the rest of the movement in her entire body off center. Her injury affected the use of her chest, pelvis, spine and legs. Her parents began physical therapy for her right away, which she disliked. It was painful to watch a little baby cry through each session and make little to no progress. Traditional therapy was painful and ineffective, and my family searched for alternative options. The Anat Baniel Method changed everything. In just five minutes of Anat’s gentle movement session at seven weeks old, my niece began to move her left arm for the first time. After a few more sessions at 16 months and again two years old, one could not tell which arm had the injury. My niece went on to enjoy full use of her arm. Seeing the immediate and lasting results in my niece's life, I was immediately drawn to an Anat Baniel movement class I saw advertised in my community. I had been experiencing some physical pain in my right shoulder blade, migraines, and recurring stiff necks. I was excited to see what ABM could do for me. I felt so much relief attending the classes, not only physically, but emotionally as well. It was my medicine for the week, and I wouldn’t miss it for anything. I knew I had to explore it further and I became determined to share this incredible healing method with others.

I am now certified to work with adults, babies, as well as children with special needs. It is my passion and joy to empower individuals of all ages and conditions each day. At my Conscious Movement practice I help people discover their hidden potential for growth and well-being. Through Anat Baniel Neuromovement I approach healing holistically, going beyond superficial symptoms to achieve greater results. All without the discomfort and long process of traditional methods. Having the ability to bring healing to others both physically and emotionally, is my pride and joy.
